Custom mouse pointer & a couple of bug fixes

So now there is a custom pawprint mouse pointer!

Also fixed the issue where in some views the placement of the cookies on the instructions screen was incorrect.  In addition, if the player did not use the virtual keyboard for name entry (but instead used the hardware keyboard), it did not disappear at game start - this is now fixed.
