UI Text improvement

Added a black outline to the UI text to make it easier to read.

Also in a Winbuild, virtual keyboard should disappear when you press enter on your keyboard after entering name in the text field.  (Not figured it out for WebGL yet, if I do the same thing it means you can't enter anything using the virtual keyboard, it disappears when pressed!)
