Virtual keyboard update

Very minor update - I tweaked the look of the virtual keyboard slightly.  I have removed the back panel, changed the font, and made the text easier to read by changing the colour, using uppercase letters, & increasing the size slightly.  I have also moved it so it appears higher on the screen, so you can see the text appear in the player name field as you type.
